# NFTs

The NFTs built for the 8Bitcro are in line with the 8Bit theme of the game with each having a unique look and attribute combination. They are based on the Cronos Chain providing the capability of almost negligible transaction fees.

8bitcro token will have its NFTs directly contributing towards further marketing, development and token itself (in the forms of burns and providing additional liquidity).

NFTs will be minted through Lootpad.

For the secondary market, Tofunft.com is the first platform to go with.

For the in-game NFTs, the perfect platform is not set yet and will be defined along the road.

### Advantages of minting 8bit cro NFTs

8bitcro NFTs will be featured in the 8bitcro exploration game, where holding rare 8bitcro NFTs will give you special privileges and advantages.

To play the exploration game with weekly rewards, it will be mandatory to hold at least one 8bitcro NFT.

There will also be monthly challenges with significantly bigger rewards which can only be completed if you hold rare 8bitcro NFTs.

NFT staking will also come shortly into play once all the NFTs have been minted, and the platform of choice will be crodex where you will have the chance to stake your 8bitcro NFTs to earn passive income in the form of CRO
